VIOLET/PURPLE
There are very few violet and purple gemstones but there is something for everyone. The classic purple gemstone is Amethyst, fluorite comes in a similar purple to amethyst. Spinel, tourmaline and sapphire come in beautiful violet hues. Chalcedony occurs in a a hue called Lavender agate.
