All jewellery is created and shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Shop online.
GiftsAll orders are carefully packaged in a jewellery pouch which is perfect for gift giving.
If you need a special box or wrapping, please let me know so I can accommodate you.
I accept PayPal, which ships within 3 business days or better. All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and all transactions are run securely through PayPal. You will receive a confirmation of your order via email with the total dollar amount (including any applicable taxes and shipping & handling).
All prices are listed and charged in Canadian dollars. If applicable, the exact exchange rate you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card. In general, it will match very closely with the going exchange rate. www.xe.com features a quick, easy, & free foreign exchange rate calculation using up-to-the-minute exchange rates.
Canadian customers will pay HST according to their provincial rate. American and international customers are responsible for all taxes and import duties levied by their respective countries.
Returns & Repairs
Your satisfaction is very important. All jewellery is created with care by hand. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied, please follow the following instructions. Any purchases made online must be returned directly to Leila Haikonen Jewellery. We will accept returns postmarked within 14 days of receiving shipment for credit only, less shipping costs. We do not accept returns after 14 days. All sales are final on customized and discounted items.
Once I receive the original item, the new item will be sent out.
You will be charged an additional Shipping Fee for the newly exchanged item through a Paypal invoice before it gets shipped out.

We will make reasonable repairs on items for up to 1 year after date of purchase.
Leila Haikonen Jewellery reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

For your protection, please use a well-padded box or envelope and a traceable carrier. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost or damaged during return shipping. All costs related to return shipping are paid by the customer.

Has there ever been a time that you’ve wanted to go purchase a piece of jewellery only to find out that it just sold? Well, after many customer requests, I’m happy to introduce the option of custom orders for you! Email your request to email@example.com
Additional charges may apply and all sales involving custom work are final.
Here’s some more info regarding how custom orders work:
Email me your request along with a link to a previous piece I've made so I can see which one you are interested in. I will then let you know whether or not I can create another and how much it will cost. Depending on the demand, you will be notified as to how long it will take to create. Once approved by you, I will put up a custom listing for you that you are required to pay before I create your piece of jewellery. After payment, and when the jewellery is complete, I will send you photos of it before shipping it out to you.

Bridal jewelry is not a problem, please email me with your ideas for your personal order.
